Projector Blues
Part of our photography service is to do a photo slideshow of the engagement portraits or the wedding photos during the reception. It breaks my heart to see Mimi slave away on the laptop and have the photos render terribly on the screen because of the projector. It doesn’t happen very often but the projector for our Friday wedding had no red color while our Saturday wedding lacked yellow. Anyway, so as to dispel notions by Jon of Threelogy that maybe it was our photos, we’ve uploaded the slideshows.

Second that. Never ever:
get the company projector (expensive bulb if broken),
get a friend’s projector (you can never complain of the quality)
get a hotel’s projector ( antiquated and overpriced),
If you value your photo slideshow or Onsite Video or AVP, hire a projector company which can provide you with a more than adequate equipment as well as a technician to handle all cabling.
Too bad Karl. Nothing more frustrating that showing a piece of hard work on crummy equipment.

Hello Karl & Mimi! Do you know of any supplier who have LCD projectors for hire. My wife and the academy where she teaches badly need one for the coming graduation of students on March 29, 2007.

… a projector rental company with a backup projector.
And provide too a backup player (or laptop).
