Hongkong-based couple, Jeremy & Joanne tied the knot in Honolulu, Hawaii. Not only was it a special occasion for the couple, but for us as well since it’s our first international stint We really had fun doing the wedding. It was interesting as there were some things that were done differently from the weddings back home, and it was more relaxed too! Anyway, here are some pics from last week’s shoot:

Jeremy, a pilot for Cathay Pacific met Joanne when she was working as a cabin attendant at the same airline.

Joanne had her hair done at a salon in the mall (yup, in the mall) and she brought along some pegs for the stylist to use:

As Karl posted earlier, the weather hadn’t been cooperating since we arrived (and it stressed Jeremy a lot hehe). It even poured while Joanne was having her hair done. Thankfully, the sun shone and Jeremy’s blue skies showed up.

The ceremony was held at the Diamond Lawn of the Sheraton Moana Surfrider hotel, the first hotel at Waikiki. It was an intimate wedding, with about 22 guests

The ceremony was about 20 minutes long, including the bridal march! The couple just exchanged leis and rings, and voila, they’re husband and wife.
