Prior to that I was born and raised in the Philippines. Solvang cares about it's tourist and people who live here. I rarely see Filipinos but when I do I can see they enjoy our town espicially for merienda at the bakeries. Thanks for the wonderful photos outlining our village. We have wineries close by too, nice farms that raise ostriches, miniature horses, other horse breeds, lavender,fruits and more. We have wonderful philantropic or charitable people that care so much about the elderly, the disabled or unfortunate ones. I still miss the Philippines and visit often.
