Chris + Amanda (Peacock Garden, Baclayon, Bohol)

Their wedding may be a year ago but I still remember how misty my eyes got when Chris looked at his lovely bride and said, “I am the direct result of 12 years of being loved by you.” All together now… *awwww* 🙂

Chris and Amanda are two of the kindest people we know. After the devastating earthquake in October, they organized Bohol Brigade, relief efforts for Boholanos. During their wedding, in lieu of gifts, they asked guests to donate to Bikes for the Philippines instead, an organization that provides bicycles to kids so they can go to school. What big hearts, huh?

One of the highlights of this wedding was how Chris’ family’s backyard was transformed into the wedding ceremony site, thanks to the help of Blue Grass Project.
